Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If someone mass rdm's and after the punishment he keeps doing it again

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?: Well if they are breaking lots of rules and his attitute is not good at all , i wouldent unban him , but if he is really sorry and he isnt going to cheat anymore , and not break anymore rules i would give him a second chance

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have been very active as an moderator, and as a mod my powers are limited, meaning i am not able to handle appeals/ warn requests and stop massive rulebreakers ,i can only stop them for a bit , if iam admin i think i can make the server even better
