Things might have changed a lot since I was in administration of gmod servers, I mean we used to play it all on logs, and not necessarily hard judgement, but set aside time to speak to both parts and most of the times looking at the logs it's easy to say what happened. And apparantly now logs don't prove anything to the staff members, they only want screenshots and video proof, else it's not worth shit. i might be old school, but it was never hard to make the judgement in simplistic situations, especially not knowing the boundaries of the rules, and if staff didn't have the same opinion, only one possibility was apparant, that is that one is right, while the other is not. I know the rules, I know the ethos, I know much of Zarp and I like the servers, and I don't mind the staff ethos at all, but I can't seem to find peace in contradiction between staff members.
