I had a very sad situation today. The video explains what happened, and then it happened again later on.



After the video, I learned that some rules are not definitive, as much as they are interpreted differently by the community / it's staff members.
Apparantly asking one something can lead to complete naught when taking the same situation to another.

For example, after this video I'm in a sit with a moderator, Kevin_Line.
He searches for if Carrots are a raidable entity, to me this situation is already annoying, and I Don't really mind the outcome, I just want it over with. Yet while he searches, he mic spams, he job abuses in sit, disrespecting and generally minging. What would on other servers be directly minging on the spot, is casual patience apparantly.

Anyhow Kevin comes back and tells me it's not a raidable entity, therefore what I am told is, that if he can see the video then he'll be sure that it happened.

During the sit, that I was in, he already disrespected me.
1.2 Disrespect - Users of the ZARP community server are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

He also mic spammed.
1.6 Mic spam - Spamming the mic is unacceptable in any format, whether it be screaming, singing, repeating yourself or playing music unless another rule states otherwise.

I'm not seeing anything on this /me leave or die situation that occured though.

2.1 Random Death Match - In order to kill a player, you must have a role-play-valid reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse to shoot someone around the area of where you're shooting / raiding .

Now, where in the rules states that anywhere at any time, can one say /me leave or die, and just randomly kill people.
Ryan thinks it's allowed, I'm not sure cuz' I've never heard of it, I mean, I might have been away for some time, but the rules are still written.

Can someone link me to the special rules or something? Are there VIP rules? I mean, this isn't supposed to be under fearRP rules, unless someone desperately misunderstood these right? I mean, I just can't find a way to justify Chromaa's acts like Ryan did, who taught him this?
And Kevin who is not on same foot as Ryan, I'm sorry to ask for this much, but can we synchronize the staff members? Like, 'integrate' specificies...

Anyhow, after this video was uploaded Kevin was afk, now 23:51 it happened again, so that's when I call Ryan, and I show him the last video, and also tell him it just happened again. I mean an admin should have kill logs, namechange logs, echo logs on most of the things right, is there something wrong? So anyhow, he in words, justified this, tho' cannot prove that he did, I'm just going to say how I understood the rules. In this video here is the pros of Chromaa acting as he is.

1. I have planted carrots, he can raid me. ( I don't find this really offensive, as it may be true, it's no big deal, I'm not mad about this, but about the whole situation of non-agreement on the SAME TEAM.

2. Changing from miner to gangster in 2 seconds then bringing out RPG to raid just around 5 seconds difference in it all, is okay, just to kill someone it's a fair predicament, and is justified by SEMI SERIOUS ROLEPLAY, almost like the rules, just a tad different.

3. At any place, point or time, if you advert /me leave or die, you can kill that person if he doesn't leave. Also in mining district to afk players and alike. The only thing you can't do, is do this in crowds. So no mass RDM'ing justified, but accordingly just bind say "/me leave or die" and you can kill a few people along the way for not leaving and getting the fuck out. Seems fun.

4. If you don't see it happening, no one broke a rule, apparantly logs are of no use in this brains and pawns game.

5. When the other part is afk he can't interrogate him, so we just let him be and forget this whole incident forever, why not? We are patient, it will happen again sometime right.

I don't know, I just felt like raging a bit, try getting two different answers for the same situation double. And the fact that annoys me the most, is that the two staff members, ryan and kevin, seemingly don't think the same of the rules, many black/grey areas in the rules? Or more relaxed opinions on the SSRP rules in comparison, Idk which it is.
