Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've honestly learn much as being a moderator, constantly helping players, by myself or with others, but of course, being an admin would help me speed up the process and help me learn overall. I think I know the rules as I think I've had my time as a moderator and would be an addition to the admin team.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
So, early in the morning, round 7 am on a school day, I was the only staff member on the servers which wasn't AFK, tried contacting steam ect. There was these heavy weapon dealers constantly rule breaking and LTAP'ing so i couldn't warn them for an auto ban, so of course I had no chance to deal with this situation by myself, if I was a admin I would of instantly punished them for their rulebreaks so they could not continue with it.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, thank you for appealing for your ban! I am the staff member that banned you for propspam. However I would give you the second chance as your appeal is very intriguing with the apology and effort.But of course another admin has to deal with it as it's my ban. Good luck!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have came from a far land, I started a year ago in an amusing world of explosive props which was a new, I eventually did some mingy stuff and got myself in trouble, but then I got unbanned, changed my attitude, decided after more than half a year of being myself, it was time I would try for moderator, and now that I have came all this way, I think it's about time I would get admin, though in my opinion everyone should get a chance, people change, just like I did. Becoming an admin would help me massively in increasing the speed of my sits, to handling situations I never imagined to do.

Of course, you will have a admin menu which lets you handle the admin requests which you can open by pressing "F1", you can see the handled/un handled requests for you to do!

Now, you can right click on an admin request (F1) and a little menu will pop up, saying
[i]"Requested by: _______
    "Handle this.">>>>>> Handles the admin request (F1)
     "Discard as spam or abuse.">>>>>Discards / removes the F1 due to spam or abuse
     "Copy" >>>>>> Brings up a menu where you can get the reporter's name or Steam ID.[/i]

Upon pressing "Handle this" another menu will pop up when you right click it, it will say
[i]  "Requested by: _______
      "Goto">>>> Go's to the reporter.
       "Bring">>>> Brings the reporter to you.
        "Mark As Finished">>>>Finishes the admin request (f1)
        "Abort handling this.">>>>>Aborts handling the admin request[/i]
 
Now, let's get to the [b]Warnings menu[/b]
This particular menu includes

[i[ Players warnings
     Here you can right click on a players name and Re-Warn them, and also Un-Warn them (Don't do this unless requested by a higher up or have good reasoning for it.  /i]
Now, here comes the [b]Logging Tab[/b]

[i]Here we have deaths, (District, Time and date.)
   Reviving by a defibrillator (including player defibing and defibbed.
   Job changes, Hit's on players and players joining / leaving the game.[/i]

Now comes the [b]Active NLR[/b] menu 
[i]This includes,
   Player name - Steam ID -  District of NLR - Until
   Of course all these are self-explanatory by their names.[/i]

Now it's time for the [b]F6 Menu[/b]
[i]The reason for the F6 Menu is to show the players punishment including Bans, Warns, Kicks, Jails and Mutes.(This may or may not change the verdict of giving a verbal or an actual warning)
  In the top left there is a tab which you can press and select peoples name
   Top right there is a tab where you can type in peoples Steam ID and search it that way.[/i]

Now time for the interesting part, the [b]Commands.[/b]
As a moderator, the commands you will get are
[i]Teleport ( Teleports the selected player to your cursor)
   Goto (Go's to the selected player)
   Bring ( Brings the selected player to you )
   Back ( Teleports selected player to their last location )
   Backspawn ( Teleports selected player back to the spawn location )
   Kick ( Kicks the player from the server including a reason )
   Freeze ( Freezes the player for an amount of time )
   Unfreeze ( unfreezes the selected player )
   Chatmute ( Mutes players chat for selected amount of time )
   voicemute (Mutes players voice for selected amount of time )
   unvoicemute / unchatmute (Undo's the players chat/voice mute. )
