Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Shooting another player with no vaild RP reason, I go toward another player and kill them for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. When you die you cannot go to your death location for a time, I get shot and cannot go to fountain district for 5 minutes

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Using info outside of the game to benifit you ingame, I'm robbing bank and have a friend in swat who tells me where swat are and what they are doing

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I have played DarkRP for a long time and love ZARP also I would treat everyone fairly and answer any f1 possible. I have been admin on another server and was treated like crap and its awful and wouldn't do it to anyone.
I used to own a server and I really want to help as much as possible and have a lot of experience. I am very fair and listen to both sides before deciding what to do. I know I've messed up before but I'm prepared to take this job very seriously Sorry I can't think of anything else to write because I summarised everything in such a short way and dragging it out would be very difficult.
