Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
The servers are extremely quiet in my opinion and not a lot of players play so im gonna be really honest here,
My time as a moderator has nothing to do with this promotion . the reason why i want to become admin is so i can take action upon players that need a harsher punnishement then a moderator can give.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was a situation where a community banned player came on to the server and i could not ban him i kicked him in the hope he would not come back i saved his steam id and gave it to one of the owners at the time but he did end up coming back so i needed to get one of the owners online to ban him straight away.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If the player is truely sorry and his only ever punnishment was that ban then i would give him another chance and i'd tell the admin who deals with the admin appeal that he should be unbanned because of the effort he put into it and that he has never had a punnishment before for anything.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I think i should be chosen for bhop admin because i put a lot of time and effort into the server i constantly report broken maps and im trying to keep the server as alive as possible. I am very familiar on how to deal with things within the community as i am a head admin on ssrp .

and then  i will explain your powers to you

If you type in your chat and press !menu you get a whole menu with items that you can use. 
If you press on the chat menu you are able to now use the following powers

Asay: This is a method you can use to chat with any other mods in the server you can also put @ before your  chat message in the normal chat window to talk to other mods.

Gag:
You are now able to gag people make sure you only gag people that are mic spamming / disrespecting etc etc, and are not willing to stop with the mic spam
You can do so with !gag <name> <time in seconds>

Mute:
You are now able to mute people make sure you only mute people that are chat spamming /disrespecting etc etc, and are not willing to stop with the chat spam
You can do so with !mute <name> <time in seconds>

Utility
kick:
The kick command should only ever be used if a player is exploiting and there is no admins around to deal with the situation 
NEVER kick some one for mic spam or chat spam you can perma mute and gag them with the menu and still have him play on our server. 
You can kick a player by using !kick <steamid> <reason>
