Sorry as I'm an old senior I just wanted to point out a few things that could make your handling of all situations much easier to get through with.

In your subjective way of handling situation, you refer to your first explanation. I would not say that teleporting should be used in that way, of course I also used to tp around on my own server, but that was for convenience. A way to always do things right, is to first inquire in OOC, if that does not work and you get no answer from the person you seek due to the 'report' made. Then PM him. Now you must know that even if he got reported, he has no way to know it, and he might not be in the wrong. So teleporting to him and making a ruckus all of a sudden is not always the right move. Things can also be settled by text, not neccessarily by voice always. Anyhow, remember to establish contact before even 'admining'.

Of course if the case is rock solid and you even witnessed it, why even bother to teleport, just make it clear that he was wrong, and in what way before **** goes down.
