Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Mostly referred to as RDM random death match is the act of a Detective/innocent without any just cause attempting to kill another player with no evidence to prove the person they're killing is a traitor or not. Example: you come across two players in a firefight and instead of waiting and seeing the result of the firefight you decided to join in and shoot one or both of the people in said firefight with no real evidence on who is the traitor thus committing RDM potentially because you may have killed a traitor but at the same time you could have killed a innocent. #alwaysidbodies

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:

1. You are a traitor and someone saw you killed a innocent so you decide to call a KOS on them to get a 1up on them to divert suspicion off you for a short time to make your escape.
2.You witness someone planting c4 then running away thus committing a traitorous act and can call a KOS on them if they get away from you.
3.You are a detective and order someone to come to the T tester to get tested you give them 3 warnings (text warnings are the best way to do it so everyone can see) and they still refuse to come so you can then call a KOS on them.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:

1.You see someone with a certain skin or aura/trail kill someone but don't catch there name so you call a KOS on them when you see someone with that particular skin, this is wrong because people can have the same skins and can always change there skins mid round so if you killed someone based of a certain skin when you see them it is technically RDM
2. You see someone sniping from the top of the tower but you can't catch there name because they are disguised or you just didn't get it in time so you say "KOS PEOPLE IN THE TOWER" this is a false KOS because you can't KOS specific areas of a map you done't have enough evidence to say everyone in the tower is a T and could lead to possible mass RDM because there could be more than likely be people in the tower at the same time who are innocent.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words): I think i would make a solid member of the team because i have been a mod/admin of many servers in my time and also owned a few R.I.P (cs:s TF2 Gmod) so i know how to deal with pressure and stress of being a mod (i know there is a lot at times) and also am aware of the fact that mod duties come first and am willing to sacrifice some of the great enjoyment i get from the server to help keep it in order and running smoothly. I also think it's important for members of the staff to get along and i think i get along with atleast 90% of you and would like to get to know you all a bit better . as far as i'm aware never had any warnings and always play by the rules because it's the most fun way to play and i play near enough everyday at the moment and very active.
