Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch (RDM) is when you kill someone without a proper roleplay reason.
For example: (If you are mugging someone with /me and they don't drop the money or run and then you kill them is allowed BUT if you shoot someone on the street for no reason it is not allowed).

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Real (NLR) is when you return to the same district you died at before your the NLR Timer runs out.
For example: (When the NLR Timer disappears from the top of your screen and you return it is allowed BUT if you return while the NLR Timer is still visible that is not allowed).

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you say something 'In character' in OOC, This could get you warned if you continue to do this constantly. For example using OOC to advertise your shop is not allowed BUT say that you where going to say "Hi everyone" that would be allowed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all I would get both sides of the story so I would get the best outcome possible. If player y continues to say he didn't RDM player x, i will ask player x if he has any type of proof (like screenshots or video footage). If player x doesn't of any proof of player y RDMing him I will return the both without warning anyone.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time
Again I would try to get both sides of the story but if player y keeps insisting that he did not NLR I will look at the logs and see how far apart were the kills and if he killed the player x in the same district as he was killed in.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because the bank is being raided.
First I would tell him not to metagame and what it is BUT if he continues to do it constantly after I told him what it is and not to do it I would warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I used to be a moderator on a different darkrp / methrp server for 9 months and back in the day it used to have around 20 - 40 people on through out the day so I know how to handle sits properly. I understand Zarp is alot bigger then that but I will try my best to take care of the server as much as I can. Another reason I think I would make a good member of staff is because I am a really calm and friendly person so it will be easy for me to get along with others and stay calm in sits. I have only been warned a couple times in the time I have spent on Zarp showing I like to follow the rules and roleplay properly. I get along with a few of the other staff and I'm sure if I have any problems over time I will be able to ask them for advise on how to preform more well. (If you would like to ask me what server I used to be a member of staff on just PM me, also I have people who can confirm this)
