Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as moderator has lasted for 2 weeks and I hope becoming an admin will benefit the server since I will have more powers to punish the rule breakers.

Someone was micspamming so I ended up having to gag him for that, however he did not realise he was micspamming and he apologised so I decided to ungag him.

Kick
You should only kick someone if they were for example, exploiting and refusing to stop, or constantly breaking rules and is not learning from them.

Gag
This disables the usage of microphone, for example if someone was screaming down the mic and was refusing to stop, you would use this.

Mute
This disables the usage of typing in the chat, for example if someone was spamming the chat and was refusing to stop, you would use this.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have taken a look at your ban appeal and you seem to be greatly sorry about your actions. I will be unbanning you from the server however if you do this again, your ban will be back in place.

I believe that I should be chosen since I am known as a very friendly member of the community and I am active within the Bhop server. Me having this position will allow me to have more powers to help other players on the server and whenever a user asks for help, I will never turn him/her down as I'm very dedicated throughout the servers of ZARP Gaming being an SSRP SA, TTT SA, and a TS3 Staff member.
