Note that I've changed my name twice so I have more playtime as mod.

Age: 18

Estimated Server Time: Over 21000 minutes

Languages I speak: Spanish & English

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well, as a mod I learned that I need to be respectful and calm in every situation to help every player I am able to, I learned that I need to be friendly even if the guy who has been warned starts being disrespectful and this time as mod helped me to differentiate between a rulebreaker and a normal player who did a mistake, I am always positive and I never let anyone word affect me, I learned fast from my old mistakes as a new mod and I feel ready to make a big jump.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
When a group of player joins the server just to rulebreak its really hard to handle as a moderator because even if you freeze them and warn them once, they don't care and will continue to do the same stuff, sometimes I had to kick the same guy 3 times in a row before an admin could come and help me, also some people when you tp them to the sit to punish them before you could even freeze him (tab menu) they would just rdm'd everyone on the roof and leave.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X, it seems like you're sorry but you know propspam is a serious rulebreak because if the server crash people coult loose valuable stuff and be sad, it seems like it's your first ban, if you promise us you will never do it again I can talk with the staff member who banned you and low that ban to 1 week. But the next time this happens will be a permaban for sure. I will edit this with the conclusion.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel I should be promoted because my experience as mod made me able to help everyone and make their experience the best and as an admin I will have the tools to make zarp servers a great place where people can come and rp in peace. I have the knowledge of the rules and I am mature enough ot take part of the team, my motivation is to make people happy and help them in every way I am able to because I love to help people, also I will try to assist the meetings I am able to because it's a very bad time for me as I have to do a lot of stuff of my life.
I promise I won't abuse my powers and I will do my best to make a better place for players.
