When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?

Banning is a command I would only use as last resort. I would only use it when im confident of someone using cheats/hacks to give himself an unfair advantage, for this I would then give a permanent ban and later speak about it with an SA+. Another possible situation I would use it in is when a certain person or multiple peole keep breaking the rules after they have already gotten punishments for that. I would not use a permanent ban but a temporary one, duration depending on how serious the situation was.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

In the past I have been admin myself for the reasons mentioned above as well as other things. When the situation occurs of someone mass disrespecting or being sexist/racist, I have only limited commands of which they can even avoid by leaving and rejoining the server so when the times comes for someone like that to appear, I would have the necessary power to keep the server safe and clean. I can't always ask for the help of other admins+ because they might be playing another game or are busy with personal stuff so that is why I would like to do it myself.

Why I should be promoted

ZarpGaming is obviously a friendly community so it is easy for someone else to ruin the fun in an instant. I have dealt with this before in the past and are ready to do it once again. I have already gotten the expierence for being an admin in this particular community on Deathrun so I have been trusted with Admin before. There wasn't a single time that I abused my powers for my own good and obivously never will. I hope I will be able to climb the ranks again with the help of this great community and my friends that I made on it.
