[TTT] Admin Johnler's Admin Application.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
When a player gets warned and verbally warned multiple times and keeps breaking the rules, in my opinion he should be banned for 1-5 hours (depending on the rules he broke) so he can clear his mind and think about what he did. If he keeps breaking the rules when he rejoins, i would ban him again and increase the ban time. Also if i catch someone cheating i will ban him permanently.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
In my opinion, everyone should be given a second chance. Since it's his first ban, he apologized and put great effort in his appeal i would accept it. I will definitely keep an eye on him in game though. I will spectate him and if i catch him cheating again i will ban him permanently and probably not accept his next appeal.

I am and will continue being pretty active in the server since to be honest i enjoy moderating and administrating more than playing. I always spectate and handle reports. If there are no reports, i may play a few rounds til people start reporting again. With the administrator rank, i will be able to help keeping the server clean even more and i will finally stop messaging other admins to join and ban people

. Of course i will not abuse the ban command and will use it only if it's really needed. I also would like to get that rank so i can handle appeals and reports in the forums. You have no idea how many times people wait for a response and their reports are being handled many hours later. I am pretty active at the forums since i mainly spectate in game, so the reports and appeals will be handled faster.
