I've seen you a few times, the only real negative(that isn't really a negative) I've seen is that you can't take a joke, or see sarcasm very well, but I'm sure that's just a language barrier.

I'd maybe try to also get involved with the community more, I see you doing some warns and slays but never talking to the people or playing that much, often getting to know the people means they're more than likely going to report incidents of RDM and other broken rules to you which wil, of course benefit the server, but it's up to you c:
