Clarky is very active on the forums and is an SSRP super admin which shows that he knows how the game mode works which gives him good knowledge of the server. Clarky could then use this knowledge to his advantage and do a great job in the SSRP section. I think that he could be a good section mod. I do think that you need to post a bit more though.
