Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

In my time as moderator i have learnt many things, these range from the way Zarp staffing runs, with meetings, the f1 system and even the punishment menu's. I have also learnt how to handle the responsibility of being staff rather quickly. Being moderator has given mean skills that i did not have before

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I had an issue where (player x) had walked in to one persons base, a gang memeber(Player Y) of the base owner walked in, and killed player X, they then made an F1 claiming RDM, I went to the sit, PlayerX explained there story, so i checked the doors of the base and noticed it was one of Player Y's gang members, i brought the owner of the doors to the sit as well Player Y.
I explained that Player Y killed him in the base as it was a Gang's Base, but as i was explaining this, a player from the same gang, comes up and RDM's someone in the sit, so i had to warn 1 player for RDM in a sit, and then finish explaining the situation, which PlayerX tried to argue against with no valid evidence.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

[Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?]

Hello [PlayerX] I have read your ban appeal and checked your ban, I can see you was banned for PropSpam. I can see that you are sorry for what you have done and that you regret what you have done, I have also noticed that this is your first ban therefore i will accept your unban appeal.
To prevent anything like this or the risk of you getting banned in furture, i recommend updating your self on the rules. [Rules Link]

However if you are caught breaking this rule again, a permanent ban will be issued with no chance of getting unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe i should be I should be promoted because I do my job when ever i can, I'm happy to take time out of personal time to log on to a server to help fellow staff wither F1's or any help they may need. If i am RP'ing and a player requires help i will stop rp'ing to go deal with the issue. When in sits, i am not bias to my friends or gang members. I feel i have achieved almost everything i can as moderator. I also would like a new challenge, new tasks and new goals to achieve and work towards, One goal i would love to be able to do is, help new moderators or even train them one day, i would like to do this because i believe a server can be only as good as it's staff team, so i would like to make sure new staff know how to handle sits, use commands, and do there job efficiently and properly. Becoming admin would allow me to do more to help the server to grow and keep new players happy to play.

Congratulations on moderator.
This will be a simple guide/overview of the first steps as moderator. The guide will contains Commands, and menu's you will need to use.

[b]Viewing the F1 menu[/b]
In game when you press F1 you will be greeted with a new menu. This menu will contain, "Admin Requests", "Warnings", "Logs" and "Active NLR".
F1's will appear in the tab "Admin Requests", here you can Right click on Unhanded requests and claim them[You'll be greeted with "Handle This Sit and Discard for spam"], after claiming the F1 you will need to right click the f1 again, this time the menu will display something slightly different with, "Goto, Bring, Mark As Finished, Abort Handling, and copy F1 info"

Clicking [GoTo] will teleport you to the player
Clicking [Bring] will teleport the player to your location
Clicking [Mark as finished] will end the current sit
Clicking [Abort Handling] well allow someone else to handle the sit

Clicking F6 will bring up a menu, here you can view players punishments.
if you click the top left, a drop down will appear with all online players, clicking on a players name will list all punishments a player has received. This allows you to see if a player has any previous warnings, or warned recently.

/Teleport[/tp] [Player Name/SteamID] - Teleports a player to where you are looking(No name/id will tp your self)
/GoTo [Name/SteamID] - Teleports you to the requested player
/Bring [Name/SteamID] - Teleports requested player to your current location
/Back [Name/SteamID] - Teleports requested player to previous locations(no target will tp yourself)
/BackSpawn [Name/SteamID] - Teleports requested player to spawn(no target will tp yourself)
/Kick [Name/SteamID] [Reason] - Kicks requested player for reason
/freeze [Name/SteamID] [time] - Freezes targeted player for specified time(No time will freeze indefinitely)
/unfreeze [Name/SteamID] - Unfreezes targeted player.

All commands listed above can be executed by using tab menu. In the tab menu, click on a name, and it will present you with all the commands/tasks you can do. Using tab is good as it lowers the chance of targeting the wrong player.
