Coutinroy is one of my favourite staff members, Why?

Well he is capable of handling multiple things at once while doing it right. Yeah people are saying he's harsh and he doesn't follow the ethos but he has not been demoted yet so he cannot be all that bad. Coutinroy is mature and he is always dealing with my sits, He is great fun to play with aswell since we both have the same sense of humour.
