Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I have gained a lot of experience as a moderator. I handled a lot of F1s (Also dealt with situations where rulebreaks occured but no F1s were necessarily made), and I try to be wherever possible to help out other players! I have learned all the Mod Commands, also how the F1 and F6 menus work.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). I have passed through many situations where I found it very hard to deal with situations. For example I had to once deal wth 3 Mass Rulebreakers and a load of F1s while being the only staff on the server at that moment. Also having only the power of teleporting and not being able to freeze/unfreeze players without using the commands really slows down the rate of the work I am doing. In addition to not being able to ban someone for Mass Rulebreak (also propspam) when there is no admins on the servers or having to wait for an admin to come afer calling them on Steam/TeamSpeak.
If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full
grasp?

Hey! Congratulations on become a ZARP Staff Member! Always remember that we are a team, and you are an image of us! Never abuse your powers and do your best to help all the players in need!
Now as a moderator, when you press F1 you have 4 different sections:
"Admin Requests" is where you will find the requests the users have submitted.
"Warnings" is where active warns are shown.
"Logging" is where all the logs are (Of deaths, kills, job changes, name changes, defibs, arrests.)
"Active NLR" is where all active NLRs are shown.
As for the commands you are now able to use, they are the following:
Teleport Using your crosshair you aim where you want to teleport and say /tp in chat. (It is preferable that you bind a key to this command using: bind "key" "say /tp" You can also type in /tp <SteamID> to teleport a player to where your crosshair is aiming.
Bring By typing /bring <SteamID> you will be able to bring a player to yourself.
Goto By typing /goto <SteamID> you will be able to teleport yourself to that player.
Back By typing /back <SteamID> you will send a player back to where you teleported him from. You can use /backspawn <SteamID> to teleport a player back to spawn.
Warn By typing /warn <SteamID> (reason) you will be able to warn a player for a rule he has broken.
Kick By typing /kick <SteamID> (reason) you will be able to kick a player from the server for a certain reason.
Freeze/Unfreeze By typing /freeze <SteamID> you will freeze a player. You will use /unfreeze <SteamID> to unfreeze him.
Voice Mute By typing /voicemute <SteamID> (time in seconds) you will Voice Mute a player. You can use /unvoicemute <SteamID> to unmute them.
Chat Mute By typing /chatmute <SteamID> (time in seconds) you will Chat Mute a player. You can use /unchatmute <SteamID> to unmute them.
Slay By typing /slay <SteamID> [Normal/Silent/Explode/Rocket] you will slay a player.
You can access these commands in the Tab Menu also, which is very simple since they are all buttons.
If you ever need help feel free to add me on Steam and message me! Good luck and remember to have fun!
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? First of all I would contact another admin to handle the player's report as I believe that I cannot handle requests for bans I've given. Then, the other admin will contact me and we will talk about this issue and derive to a conclusion. We would probably give the player another chance as everyone deserves one!
In the case of me handling a ban appeal, I would first state that I'm handling it incase another staff member does. I would then go talk to the admin who banned him over Steam or TeamSpeak and we would derive to a conclusion which would be stated on the appeal. I will ask the topic to be locked since I'm not a forum staff.
Why I should be promoted? I have been a moderator for some time now and I have gained a lot of experience as a staff member and also built trust with the other staff members. Becoming an admin will really help me do my job in a more professional way and also give my best to all the other players. I also try to be active across all 3 servers but mostly on Server 1 because it is the main server and gets really busy during the day!
