The current A-warn system doesn't allow you to punish offline players. As following the ethos, a simple rule-break doesn't warrant a ban and as I can't punish them offline, it proves difficult to get in touch with them if they haven't even responded to my friend requests over steam.

If you recall, I asked you in direction/association of these reports if staff can warn offline players with your new warning system and you said yes, however, it's not been implemented which is hindering staff members abilities in situations like these.
