Toxic staff wasn't the main reason at all why the server went downhill. The main reason was adding too much unnecessary content and bad maps, and failure to implement bug fixes by the old owner, who didn't have time and/or didn't care enough (I don't know and I can't know). Basically nothing changed and people didn't like what was on the server. Then my opinion shifted away from everyone else's, who didn't have as many hours in the gamemode and had no clue how they would turn out. It's a shame the server can't be like it was before (Pre-Pink/Jazz drama). Good maps, original content and no 24/7 minecraft to grab the attention of players. Yes, a server can be popular, but it doesn't mean it's in a right way. YouTube channels like WatchMojo gather lots of views, doesn't mean they do in a good way. They favor quantity over quality. I don't want to hate on one person in particular (that's what Line does), but that doesn't mean I liked everyone. I didn't particularily like you, but I don't really care anymore. Good for you that you're getting players now, but not many seem to be applying. The same problem we had a while back, lots of players not enough staff. We as a staff team got desperate, accepted tons of people, they didn't end up playing. Good luck applying, in my mind the server isn't doing well as no active player has reached the top 40 in gametracker yet (equates to about 100-150 hours) (Tyler is the only somewhat active staff in #38, by somewhat active I mean last joined the server three weeks ago.) Don't take this personally, it's just a fact.
