I think you need to learn how to listen and talk to people, you seem to go into every sit assuming the person who made the F1 is completely correct, you treat the other person like a criminal before you've even heard there side of the story.

You need to learn to talk to people like humans instead of just making demands of people then when they ask you why you just reply "because i said so".

Definitely not ready in my opinion, you may get a lot of F1s but quality over quantity applies here.
