no its the fact that i had to constantly tell him off for it on ssrp and warned him mulitple times for saying it.
this is not a useless report its a 100% legit report. just because you dont find it offensive doesn't mean it aint offensive.
The rules state you need to conduct your self to respectfull behaviour at all times.

If this was a 1 time thing i would have let it slip but as i stated in my report abuse he has a history of saying this

Yeah but still, He shouldn't be in trouble in the first place as he used such minor words, Maybe If its was something like Cancer Insults or Anything like that I would understand but "Retard"? Like Seriously If you're offended by some 15 yr old Saying "Retard" You shouldn't be on the internet on the first place. Getting in trouble for saying a couple of very minor words is Probably The most Stupid thing ive ever heard considering Someone RDMed him.

1.3 Disrespect
Users of the ZARP community server are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. This rule is also in relation to rule 1.2

I know you have difficulty understanding that rule your self as you often got warned for disrespect on ssrp .
as you have over 20 warnings in the past 3 months for disrespect alone.
