Why I should be chosen:
Well, I've come a long way. Used to be the biggest minge on the server. However, what I will say is that my attitude is improving massively, I no longer break rules (no recent punishments), and I try to play with more of a laid back style, but that does not mean I don't try to catch rulebreakers. I have been on the server for a long time and I have relatively consistent good activity. I am very well-known within the community and I can be very mature if I am needed to be. I try to have fun with my RPs, which could be confused with immaturity, but I can guarantee you I'm mature at the times where it is needed. I'm an ex-moderator of two times who resigned with an average of 200-300 F1s a week, so I'm experienced with the commands and how to deal with situations. I have been told I'm quite a generous and nice guy. If you feel that my current attitude is not up to scratch, let me know what is wrong with it and I will do whatever I can to improve upon it. The server, and the community as a whole, has given so much entertainment to me and I feel like I need to give something back. In my opinion, helping to keep the servers clean of rulebreakers would be the best way. I feel like I've honestly done so much wrong in the past and I want to be able to make up for it.

Random Death Match, also known as RDM, is when you kill another player without a valid RP reason. An example of RDM would be Player X killing Player Y because they looked weird. An example of something that isn't RDM is if Player X killed Player Y in his base.

New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is a rule which states you must forget everything in your previous RP on death. It also states that you must not return to the district you were previously in on death for 3 minutes. An example of someone breaking NLR would be Player X getting raided and killed by Player Y, but returning to his base and killing Player Y. A different type of NLR would be Player X being shot and killed as a cop by Player Y, then making Player Y wanted for murder when they respawn. An example of someone not breaking NLR would be Player X dying to bank raiders as a cop, but returning and killing them, as cops don't have NLR at the bank during an active raid.

Metagaming, also known as meta, is when you relay in character information through out of character communication/out of character information through in character communication. An example of meta would be Player X calling for help in OOC chat because they were being raided.

I would teleport to Player X and bring them to a roof somewhere after checking if they were currently busy. Once I had brought them to the roof, I would bring Player Y to the roof. I would then ask if Player X had any proof of the RDM. If Player X had valid proof/if Player Y admitted to RDMing Player X, I would inform Player Y of the rules covering RDM and warn them. If Player X had invalid/no proof and Player Y denied RDMing Player X, I would teleport Player Y back, then tell Player X to try to gather more proof next time. I would then teleport Player X back.

I would teleport to Player X and check whether they were busy or not, then teleport them to a roof somewhere. I would then bring Player Y to the roof and ask if Player X had any proof. If Player X had valid proof/if Player Y admitted to breaking NLR, I would talk through the NLR rule with Player Y, warn them, then teleport them both back. If Player X had invalid/no proof and Player Y denied breaking NLR/had counter-proof, I would teleport Player Y back and tell Player X to take screenshots/record next time. I would finish off the F1 by teleporting Player X back.

I would inform them of the metagaming rule in OOC first, and if they continued I would message them the metagaming rules myself. If they continued metagaming, I would warn them.
