It is a good app I know you're online mainly everyday for a few hours, you're a great guy it is a good app the only thing I'd say is improve the word count on the "Why should I be chosen" category and, I know you know the rules and you'd be a great staff member, in addition to improving your app try to add a little more as well like if you came across someone being really toxic for example, what would you do in that situation.
