My point here is that when dealing with an f1 about RDM don't instantly ask for proof and then refuse to bring the accused person, but bring the accused rdmer first and ask him why he killed the person, it could happen the the players changes their story during the sit which proves the player to be lying on both sides or if the accused player describe what happened then it suitable to ask for proof that proves the defenders story wrong

example if player x claims he raided player y and player y took a screenshot of him dying outside in the open which would prove the rdm
