I don't know your activity but you seem like a nice staff member on the deathrun servers, you are half active at least (from what I know), but you get mad really quick. Example if I was to criticize what kind of a staff you were, you would probably start saying; "What? How, huh? Tell me". Instead of what you would need to say being; "Okay, what should have I had done?". I'm just saying if you could calm down a bit while going through some situations on the servers, that would be better for you. Also your application looks a bit rushed.
