The way you explain on how you would deal with a disrespectful player is really confusing and should be changed a bit. Firstly, you would need to verbally warn the player, saying that they can't harass other players. If he/she continues, you'd have to mute or gag (depending if the player was using text chat or voice-chat) and warn the player using the aWarn system. You'd only issue a ban if the player kept on disrespecting the other players after the map change or further.
