Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match (or commonly known as RDM) is a scenario when a player intentionally kills another player for no valid reason. For Example: Player A is normally walking and then Player B shoots Player A for no reason. Player B has broken the server rules by RDMing. The correct thing he should have done was used /me in the game chat to let the player know of what he will do.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (or commonly known as RDM) is a scenario when a player dies and he/she goes to the same area again before 3 minutes. For Example: Player A kills Player B in the Fountain District. Player B is instructed to wait 3 minutes before going back to the Fountain District but fails to listen. He/She has broken NLR. The correct thing Player B should have done was wait 3 minutes before going back to the Fountain District.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming is a scenario when a player types something related to RP in the OOC chat (or commonly known as the Out Of Charachter chat) For Example: Player A says "Yo guys let's go raid the bank, come to the bank district!". Player A should have typed in the normal chat instead of the OOC chat since it was related to RP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player A accuses Player B for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player A killed Player B . What I would obviously do is ask both of the Players proof or for any reasons of killing. Then I would try to convince the RDMer to admit that he RDMed. If Player B can't admit that he did RDM than I would tell Player A needs proof of Player B RDMing. Also if Player A mentions he has a witness than I will notify him that witnesses do not count. I shouldn't warn Player B (if Player B does admit to RDMing than I would warn him/her)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player A accuses Player B for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. What I would do is if the killings were within 3 minutes apart then I would warn Player B for NLRing. If I don't then I will let both players continue the story to get a better understanding. If I have any proof then I will warn the Player that NLRed and spectate them for a few minutes and get back to whatever I was doing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player A calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: I would talk to Player A asking him/her if he/she knows what mentagame is and what the OOC chat is used for. If he/she didn't know than I would not warn him/her since he/her didn't know. But if he/she did know I will give him/her a warning and tell them to read the rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): Ever since I joined Zarp I've been playing daily. I met lots of players on the server and got to know a bit of the unique staff. I noticed how they handle situations with players breaking rules. Sometimes when there's usually no staff online I see lots of player breaking the rules and I try to tell them to do the right thing. I just want to help out because I really love the server a lot and I'm very friendly with people. It's just a really fun server that you can play with all of your friends. Being staff would be a huge responsibility I would take and I think I would make a difference in the community by helping out. I hope you guys would accept me and believe that I can help Zarp out and make it a better place for all of us!
