So, IT WAS A RAID. I was there too.

That may be so, but lets look at this rule for a second.

5.5 Shops - Do not raid shops unless they have another door/fading door other than their main entrance.

Now in the video it clearly shows that there is only one entrance into the mall, this is a world prop... so even if the rp house was invalid he still couldn't raid it , and as there is no other justification for killing cat it was RDM.

Its not shop. Its a Shop Mall.
