Ive reviewed your application and i came up with some points to improve / keep up.

Activity > Its fine keep at it!

Application > Your app might need some more colour make it more nice (Less rushed)

Immaturity > I'm being told by mutiple peeps that youre immature. Wich wil be taken as a negative.

Recent punishments > Youve been banned for an hour?

After writing this all down i thought by myself. Youre a nice person in general but with these acts you wont gain staff. Try to improve the points stated above. I feel like youre a really nice person and i would not mind voting yes if you are to improve these points.
(Actions speak louder than words)
