Gmod Troller: you need to be a bit more lenient for people joking about. If they are having fun and it isn't affecting anyone or getting out of hand let them be but the moment it gets to chaotic and affects RP stop it in its tracks. You aren't staff to punish people 24/7 you are staff to maintain the server and make sure people follow the rules but also have fun.

Everyone just lay off technically he's doing his job but being to harsh isn't the way to go which I have seen him improve as me and others screwing about in spawn etc and he let us go as long as it was not affecting people.
