You only play on 1 server and that's very little time but here are your game trackers -

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. So Player A has a gun and goes to Player B and Player A shoots Player B without an valid reason to kill him, Then Player B calls Admin [f1] " I have been RDM'ed By Player A' then admin tp and sorts out the situation.

You've given a very brief situation but it is ok. To give us more of an understanding by stating some of the rules that can cause RDM like, cross fire etc. Or maybe some ways it's not RDM like if you're wanted.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:I would just tell him dont say that in OOC because that is metagaming for people who and will help you but dont say that i will give you a warning or verbal depending on what he said in OOC.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

In my opinion It doesn't really matter what they said in OOC. I'd just first give them a verbal warning and then if they due to carry on a mute/warn. It's not the most serious rule break.

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I wouldn't say this is completely correct try looking over this -

1st of all this would be very difficult for a new staff member because you would need to find all the evidence you can get unless you eye witnessed it you would warn the player you saw do it. But for some of these propaganda's, how do we know that player X was raiding or getting raided. This will have to come to finding evidence from both of the players and then going in the console for previous kills by the two. Once I have found the player who actually RDM'ed I will act calm and warn them and carry on moderating.
