Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator will contribute to me becoming admin because while I've been Moderator I have gotten used to the F1 and F6 menu's and also I know when to warn, mute,gag,kick and get a rulebreaker banned when necessary. If I was a Admin I would know when to ban someone and the amount of time banned for without even asking for another admin's help to do so. I also know that if I was admin I can handle the F1's quicker and possibly do more F1's because some F1's ask for Admins or above and I really want to start handling these and using the admins commands to help me with dealing with F1's and rulebreakers and also saving my time and the other admins time which I have to speak with in order to ban a player.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Last week I was on Server 2 and I was AFK in spawn, and 10 minutes later after coming back from being AFK I noticed there was a lot of blood in spawn, and immediately I checked the logs to see what was going on and why I was dead including many other players in spawn, and I had noticed that some player that was a Gun Dealer was Mass RDM'ing every one in spawn and I couldn't ban the guy because there were no Admins online, all I could do was Warn and kick him for Mass RDM but he came back another time and proceeded to break even more rules so I had to message Yuno or now known as Riot Commander on steam to come on the server and ban the player. By doing this, this wasted many players time including me and Yuno because we had to take our time out to punish this user. What I am trying to say here is that if I was admin I wouldn't have to wait 10-15 minutes to punish the guy and ban him and instead I could just ban him instantly without even taking up Yuno's time by asking him to join the server and ban the player.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thank you for taking your time to appeal on our SSRP Servers, I have read through your Appeal and I have decided to lower your ban from Permanent to 2 Weeks because I can see that you are a new player and might not know all of the rules, make sure you read the rules either by clicking this link Rules after reading the rules feel free to join back into the server after your ban has finished, you can also check the rules at any time by typing /motd in game.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I think that I should be promoted from Moderator to Admin because I am a very active and hard working Moderator, I know all of the rules. I feel that I should be promoted because handling F1’s as an Admin is much easier than handling as a Moderator because as a Admin you don’t need to call for help to get a player banned when you can just ban him yourself. Also I feel that I should be promoted because most of the F1’s are asking for Admins or something that only and Admin can do for example un-own doors. Also most of the time when I am on Server 2 there are no Admins online and this is the exact same thing I said when I applied for Moderator but it was no Moderators online but as of now there is always a Moderator online and no Admins. I also think that I should be promoted because a lot of Moderators come to me when they need help with questions or dealing with rulebreakers, by having constant people asking me questions I feel as if I know more than the other moderators and I feel that I deserve a higher role due to my commitment and dedication towards the server and community.

[spoiler]Firstly at the beginning of the post I would congratulate the player on getting accepted in the recent meeting and therefore to let him know that he would need to be trained first before receiving the role of the Moderator. After that I would tell him that I would be training him and that he would need to come on Server  1 to receive the training. 
[color=#4444ff]The Training Section[/color]
I would tell the user that there will be a few changes to some of the menus that he is familiar with such as the F1 menu, tab menu and that there is a new menu that he can access by using the F6 key.
[color=#00ff00] F1 Menu[/color]
You will be using the F1 Menu to see what pending F1’s are available for you to handle to help the player with their problems, you can handle any unhandled F1’s by right clicking and then clicking Handle this F1, If the F1 is clear spam / disrespect you can mark it as spam to remove it from the list, also after handling the F1 make sure you always GOTO the player and not bringing him as you won’t know if he is in a RP situation for example raiding. You will also be seeing the logs of the last 30 minutes of your gameplay in which shows logs of Kills, Staffs actions e.g Freezing another player,Arrests and many more. You will see a tab for Warnings too which show the recent warnings given by other staff members  on the server. Also there is a tab which shows a list of the players that have an active nlr and it says which district and what time they died along with their names.
[color=#00ff00] F6 Menu[/color]
Use the F6 menu to check if a player has any recent punishments that may be useful for the current sit for example someone made a F1 saying that the guy RDM’d them along with proof and you see in the F6 menu that he just got warned for RDM 10 minutes ago, and you will know to warn them instead of giving them a verbal.
[color=#00ff00] Moderator Chat Commands[/color]

[b]Warn[/b]
This command is used to issue a warning to a player that has broken a rule/rules, you can warn a player by typing /warn [Steam ID from the tab menu] (Reason)

[b]Kick[/b]
This command is used when a player has been warned many times in the past for example 10 minutes, and you think that he needs to cooldown so you kick him, you do this by typing /kick [Steam ID] (Reason). This can also be accessed from the TAB menu.

[b]Freeze[/b]
This command is used when a player is for example Mass RDM’ing and you need to freeze him in a sit so he doesn’t shoot anyone or runs from the sit. You can do this by typing /Freeze [PlayerName]. This can also be accessed from the TAB menu. You can also click the unfreeze button to unfreeze the player after the sit is over.

[b]Slay[/b]
This command is used for when a player has a Big Gun as a citizen and refuses to drop the weapon and so you threaten to slay him unless he holsters or drops the big gun. If he refuses you slay him from the TAB menu.

[b]Mute Chat / Mute Voice[/b]
These commands are easily accessed from the TAB menu which is used to gag/mute players that are spamming chat/ being disrespectful or mic spamming.

[b]Unban From Job[/b]
This command is accessed from the TAB menu, this is used when a player has been falsely demoted and you then can unban him from the job in which he was demoted from.

[b]Teleport[/b]
This command is used from the TAB menu and can be used to teleport you or another player to where your crosshair is facing.

[b]Goto[/b]
This command is used from the TAB menu and can be used to teleport you to another player.

[b]Bring[/b]
This command is used from the TAB menu and can be used to teleport a player to your location.

[b]Back and Backspawn[/b]
This command is used from the TAB menu and can be used to teleport a player or even yourself back to where you were before entering a sit, this is usually used after a sit is over. The /backspawn is used to teleport a player or you back to spawn for example if a player is under the map you would teleport him back to spawn.

Also you can access the Admin Chat by pressing the Y key and typing \\\ to discuss with the other staff members to ask questions or even ask for an admin to ban another player.
