Languages I speak: Swedish, English and Sexual Innuendo.
How would you handle a TS3 appeal? If the teamspeak staff member that placed the ban is still a staff member I would attempt to contact them for futher information and hold a short discussion with them regarding the verdict of the appeal, once a verdict has been reached I would post it.
Should the staff member that banned them not be around anymore I would use the reason for the ban and the users past as a guideline to deciding if they deserve to be unbanned from the teamspeak.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately: There are a lot of situations where the powers you are given as a teamspeak head admin would come to use but I'll mention a few that would be quite common.
-Granting/Revoking Teamspeak Ranks: As a teamspeak head admin you can give and take ranks, more so than as a teamspeak staff given that you may now give or revoke the teamspeak staff rank itself. This would be usefull for training or demoting a teamspeak staff member from their rank in a few different situations.
Training obviously being done when a new teamspeak staff needs to learn the ropes and demotions or revoking ranks when someone resigns or get demoted.
-Unbanning Users As a teamspeak head admin I would be able to lift bans on users that have been banned from the teamspeak, this would be useful for appeals or removing invalid bans that may have been placed should that ever be an issue.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words). I will be able to handle more situations then previously and help out more than I already do, whilst rare there have been situations where people have needed to have their teamspeak staff either revoked or given to them for some reason. I'll be able to handle appeals and reports in a more effective way and I would be able to train new teamspeak staff to use their powers in an appropriate way. There are many more situations that I would be able to handle in a more effective way than previously other than the ones listed and possibly a few I am not even aware of due to the .
EXTRA CREDIT: How much does RedPowder sell client Icons for? Way too much(50mil). In fact this will be one of my working points as a teamspeak head admin, I will work to improve the horrible situation that is the price of client icons. Many feel that the lower class is being discriminated by the high prices.
Why me? There are several reasons for why I should be picked for this position, you may see the reasons for that below.
