How would you handle a TS3 appeal?

I would first of all contact the person who issued the ban. I would ask them for their opinion whether the user should be unbanned or not. I then question them on anything I am concerned about. Based on the information I am given by the person who banned the user I then come to a verdict on whether I am going to unban them or not. I will then reply to the persons appeal in detail giving them all the information they need.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.


There is 2 main differences between a teamspeak staff and a teamspeak head admin and those are as follows:

Add/Remove the teamspeak staff rank - This power is to be used when someone is promoted or demoted / resigns from the teamspeak staff position. It should only be used when the person in question should be receiving teamspeak or should be having it removed. It should not be used under any other circumstance.

Unban Users - Teamspeak head admins have the power handle appeals and remove bans. This feature should only be used if there is an unban appeal that has been accepted or a teamspeak staff member has given out and invalid ban. Under these circumstances and these circumstances only should this power be executed.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words).

I would ensure that the teamspeak is ran cleanly and that ban and unban appeals are handled as fast as possible. I would also ensure that the correct people have teamspeak staffing powers. I would make sure newly accepted teamspeak staff are trained to the very best of my ability. These powers would also help me as a server owner as when we promote people to super admin I would be able to train them for teamspeak staff and on there server at the same time making my job somewhat easier. I have had teamspeak staff for a long time now and I know exactly how to staff every situation on the server I feel I can pass my wisdom to up and coming teamspeak staff.
