Hello DerpyHamzah,
First of all I'd like to say on behalf of everyone on the Staff team for SSRP we'd like to say sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, However Staff are people too buddy we eat we sleep we drink, We work our hardest to ensure players have a nice time here, However we're not built out of robots to handle f1's every second the come through here, Remember it's quality over quantity so once again I'm sorry that you think we're not responding to f1's fast enough.
