Suggestion Title:Please have staff reply to F1s faster

How would it benefit the server:catch rule breakers

Potential Issues/Exploits:average wait time one hour, by the time the staff comes the rule breaker already left.

Additional notes: Staff is barely busy all staff just rp for like an hour reply to ONE f1 and rp for another hour. This really pisses me off and sometimes my F1s never answered sorry for making 2 post in under 1 hour but i think think this is a big issue
