Quickest way to resolve this would be not to AFK on the job if you played you would know you got RDM'ed and then you could make a f1 right away which in return would let the staff see who you was killed by. When you come back 5hrs later and make a f1 about you being demoted or killed nobody's got time to look at thousands of logs.
