A civil dispute between two players in example an RDM F1, needs to be handled so you get Player A's side of the story, get Player B's side, and with a combination of staff judgement and logs. If a staff member cannot definitely state that Player A was guilty in this situation, and there's no proof you cannot punish either party or you'd be bias towards either player.
