greenywolves, i would suggest in future having proof and take it to a staff member if a mod cant help due to which ever reason ask for a admin or go straight to the forums repeating it in chat multiple times as you said will not help you any more and could be considered as spam chat and could lead to a ban, without proof of this it can make it hard for the staff to make a decision on you're appeal.
