We're fixing points and adjusting them to the way they were meant to be, players are only supposed to get a maximum amount of points per map. Usually if a player gets a World Record, it's because they're competitive and they do it for the bragging aspect or just to say "Hey, i've got the best time on this map." Giving bonus points for this isn't really needed and isn't practical.
