Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
I would firstly explain the most important part about it. The basics. Slowing going through it and making sure they get a hand of it and helping them.Then i would go through the advanced steps and show them to spectate me so i can show them what to do if they cannot get the hand. As a last resort i would show them a youtube video that I or any other has prepared.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
i would ask them nicely to stop.If they continue i would give them one more chance asking them nicely and calmly to stop. IF they continue i would bring theOR thecommand into play. IF they continue after map change or they leave to avoid punishment i would call an admin on to ban as a last resort.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would ask them nicely stop and tell them why its an exploit and they should not use it at all in the future if they continue i would verbally warn them for the last time and if they continue i would call on an admin to ban them!
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)
I think i should be chose because im becoming active on the server. I have been staff on all the servers except BHOP. I know how to use ULX Very well as i was admin on deathrun for 8+Months. Im friendly and willing to help the server as much as possible. Report bugs to the owners and try to make the server as good as possible. IF you accept me i will promise to be active and make sure everyone on the server has a good time but follows the rules.You need rules to make it enjoyable
