Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random deathmatch (RDM) is when a player randomly initiates a gunfight (which can include melee weapons, special weapons etc.) It usually ends with one or more player's death. If it is multiple players (3+) it is considered 'Mass RDM'. There could be many examples, but one in particular is just randomly walking up to someone and slaughtering them.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New life rule (NLR) is a rule which ensures that on death, you are to forget your previous life (as stated in the obvious name). If you are printing in your 'overpowered' base and someone comes to raid and kills you, you are not to come back into that district for 3 minutes. In that time you should be starting a new life (which nobody does

).
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is when you use communicate within character, when attempting to communicate with the out of character (ooc chat). For example, you could do '// the bank is getting raided' which will display to everyone that is OOC that the bank is getting raided.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Ask for evidence of player y actually RDMing played x as played x could of been the one who initated the deathmatch. Without evidence, there would be no action
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. View at which times player y has died and work out the time difference, if the time difference is lower than 3 minutes then player y would be warned for breaking NLR, otherwise i would require evidence of player y breaking NLR to conclude further punishments
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided. This is an example of Metagaming, i would verbally warn player x to not do it again, if he does then he would receive a warning for metagaming.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I have been a moderator for 3 weeks on BlazinGaming, which ended up with me getting promoted to Admin. However the server had no new content which ended up with me getting bored and resigning. I have a good attitude towards most players as long as they aren't breaking the rules. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get a reply which is always too late in most cases. This isnt with just me, this is for every player. I mostly play on Server 2, which doesn't usually have many staff on, which ensures an extended waiting time for those in need for staff. I like helping people, therefore would reply to F1's as soon as possible. Most excuses for staff to not reply to F1's are because they are roleplaying. When i base and there is absolutely no signs of raiders and somebody creates an F1, i would help them out ASAP as i would have nothing better to do. I do have friends in the staff community who could vouch for me to become a staff member. I really hope i could get the chance to be a moderator on ZarpGaming as it is a really fun, content-packed server.
