The only thing I can see from these videos are you breaking rules, I don't see elemental breaking any rules.

So for a start, you stayed inside their base when the rules state you must leave when you had finished, I seen no attempt from you to try and own any of the doors that are own able up there, and I'm sure that Elemental and Hyperion still own them, but it's unclear in the video.

To what Coutinroy said, Deleting a base is allowed, the rules only states building, I.E using your physics gun to move a prop, or using a tool gun to do anything, I.E Materials or Precision, I don't see any rule break from Elemental only from you.

I'll be denying this appeal, as there is no evidence pointing towards Elemental breaking rules.
