If it isn't allowed then Gems shouldn't be warned as he wasn't to know when this came from Morgan. There have been many instances where they say Morgan said or EMP say but then it's not actually stated in the rules.

Nade this makes no sense, this goes under the RDM rule it isn't a valid Role Play Reason to shoot someone, look at my previous post. If it's KOS for a player to use a Scan master because they are gaining knowledge of where your entities are than I can shoot a player for seeing my charger because it's gaining knowledge of where my entity is. This would make no sense to shoot a player for.
