It's complete bullshit, you say it was confirmed by Morgan, how was Gems suppose to know? I'm sure he doesn't talk to Morgan as much. That's Morgan's words, it hasn't been officially stated in the rules.



If it isn't allowed then Gems shouldn't be warned as he wasn't to know when this came from Morgan. There have been many instances where they say Morgan said or EMP say but then it's not actually stated in the rules.
