that's the abuse that I see not the cloaking and uncloaking himself there is no proof he used that for any advantage or abusive way whatsoever, could of been banter with friends in admin area etc or something else going on we don't know about.
Spamming the slay button on a player because he called someone a bad word is abuse, Slay is a punishment and punishing someone 15 or 20 times for one thing is extensive, abusive and unacceptable. Ill get a Lead Team member to deal with this, but you need to use the template but either way these will be taken into account.
