Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator I have understood what it takes to be a member of staff and i hope my knowledge and skills can contribute and get better as a admin on ZARP, i have met many mods turned admins and i just want to be one of them and help to contribute more into the community

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
It was when i was dealing with a friend, he had many warning from other admins and i was in a sit and he messages me " Hey bro can you not warn me ive done nothing wrong" when i had video proof off it, he was begging and i kept telling him That im sorry but i cant do that and after that he gave me a load of hasteful and nasty steam messages but after a couple of weeks he understood what i had to do

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
If you are reading this then congratulation on getting mod, In this post i will show you all the rules and infomation that will make you a good moderator. 1) If someone is RDMed make sure you ask for proof, the logs can help, If the victim cannot provide proof, you cannot warn the guy and ask for proof in the future. 2) If someone claims that someone is breaking NLR, Check the logs, if he was killed by the same player couple of seconds apart then it a warn, If you hover over his name and it says that he is breaking NLR It a warn But if both have been rdming each other and logs shows both are close then warn both. 3) If someone says something in /ooc that is RP related, for example " Help im being raided please come help me" Or any kind of text like this then its metagameing and is against the rules, What I would do is that I would give a verbal warning, if they carry on then another verbal but if they do it again then I would warn them, 4) If someone is being extremely racist i would warn them and then mute for 5mins, if they carry on i would warn again and mute for 10mins and if they still carry on then i would kick for Multiple racist comments

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First I would ask a SA, HA or Lead team for permission or any type of permission or tell them to take a quick look and explain etc, I would give a support on it sine it his first ban and i think a perm ban for propspam is not really a perm ban reason(Just like a week ban would be good)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
To be honest, I think i can do more and better to help people and I think that I should get it because my time as a mod was really good and I want to take it further more and become an admin so i can help the community even more, Ive helped many people along the way and I know my activity has been a bit down because of some hospital and family problems and I have more free time unlike i had back then, I have had many thank you and support from many people saying " You are a good mod" Or " Nice work, keep it up" And I want to show them what I have accomplished and if someone is asking for tips on how to be a good mod or staff i would be happily to answer every type of question, Thank you for reading my application
