I haven't really been able to see you in game because I haven't been able to be active since I'm camping, but you seem to be really active and If you've already done 200 F1's I say that's good. But I think you should improve the "Unban Appeal" part. It could be seriously better;

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask for permission to deal with this ban myself. (normally another admin would deal with it)
I looked over your appeal and decided to lower it to two weeks. I accept your apology and I hope you are not breaking the rules again as getting warned or banned for the same thing again will get you permanently banned with no chance to get unbanned again.
