Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have handled about 200 F1s now. I know the rules and I try to make the server a better place. I did make mistakes in my first days(Sorry : ). I accidently warned Verda and I got a lot of assistance and good tips of other staff members(Thank you!). I think I'm able to handle the responsibility of becoming an admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well there were different situations, but the most difficult situation I encounter was when three or four guys where proppushing on Server 3. No admin was online so I had to deal with the on my own. I freezed two of them, but I was instantly killed when I tried to speak with them. I freezed the other two guys who tried to avoid punishment(changing name,job and suciding). I unfreezed them all after warning them and explaining the rules. This procedure I had to do multiple times until they got banned for getting warned too many times(they didn't listen to me and kept proppushing and surfing).
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask for permission to deal with this ban myself. (normally another admin would deal with it)
I looked over your appeal and decided to lower it to two weeks.
You broke this rule multiple times:
2.4 Prop Abuse - The use of a prop to kill, push, or surf entities is not permitted.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Well I'm a really dedicated and motivated moderator. I'm doing a lot of F1s (check my count). I use 85% of my time on the server as Moderator on Duty and I try to handle all situations as good as possible. I have learned that as moderator you are only able to handle 75% of the F1s as unowning a door, checking out a base, spectating, cloaking and so on is not possible. I promise I wont abuse my power and I will try to handle as many F1s as possible. Further I will use a lot of my time nocliping(cloaked) around the map and watching out for rulebreakers. I attended my first meeting and I'm really happy to be part of the Zarp-Staff-Team. Thank you for reading my application and I'm happy about every positive and negative feedback I can get. I was inactive for two days this week because I made some trips with my parents and grandparents!

I will give you a quick guide/introduction on your new commands and tasks. [b]THE MENUS[/b] F1- If you click F1 a menu will pop up in which you can see al handled and unhandled F1s. You can right click on one of the F1s and either handle it or mark it as abuse. If you handle it you have the choise to either go to the player or bring him. (do always go to the player first to ensure that you don't interrupt him roleplaying) (do always handle the first one first as the player had to wait for the longest time) You can also see the logs of approximately the last 10minutes. F6- Here you can see all the punishments of other players. Before you warn somebody always check this and decide upon this what kind of punishment is needed(call an admin for a ban or just verbally warn him if its the first time). [b]The Commands[/b] /goto SteamID/PlayerName - Go to a player of your choice. /bring SteamID/PlayerName - Bring a player of your choice. /back SteamID/PlayerName - Return a player to his last location. (before teleport/bring) /backspawn SteamID/PlayerName - Return a player to spawn. /tp SteamID/PlayerName - TP a player to the location you are looking at. (you use this command to get around the map quickly and to get on roofs) (DONT ABUSE THIS) /warn SteamID/PlayerName Reason - Warns a player for a reason. (do always use SteamID as PlayerName could target the false player) /kick SteamID/PlayerName - Kicks a player from the server. (do always use SteamID as PlayerName could target the false player) /freeze SteamID/PlayerName Time(nothing is indefinitely) - Freezes a player in his position. /unfreeze SteamID/PlayerName - Unfreezes a player. You can also manage most of the commands via the Tab-Menu(when you click on a player). In edition you can unban players from jobs (Miner,Godfather) in the Tab-Menu.
